The 508 Universe
Serves as a central hub for GSA's section 508 training and information resources. In it you can access each of the topic- specific courses that address 508 implementation as well as explore Web links and a glossary of 508-related terms. Registration is required and free.

ITTATC Web Accessibility Course
This web-based course was written by the Information Technology Technical Assistance and Training Center to teach techniques for creating accessible web sites, in particular, web sites that comply with the Section 508 standards for accessible web content, Paragraph 1194.22 (a) through (p).

W3C Training

W3C Curriculum for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0
Offered by the World Wide Web Consortium, this curriculum includes an introductory section, guidelines for Web content accessibility, checkpoints for meeting the guideline requirements, and examples for implementing the checkpoints. 

W3C Techniques for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0
This document is a W3C Note that provides techniques for satisfying the requirements defined in "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0" [WCAG10] and includes:

1. "Techniques for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0", the current document, which is the gateway to the other documents.
2. "Core Techniques for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0" ([WCAG10-CORE-TECHNIQUES]), which discusses the accessibility themes and general techniques that apply across technologies (e.g., validation, testing, etc.).
3. "HTML Techniques for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0" ([WCAG10-HTML-TECHNIQUES]), which provides examples and strategies for authoring accessible Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) content.
4. "CSS Techniques for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0" ([WCAG10-CSS-TECHNIQUES]), which provides examples and strategies to help authors write Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) as part of accessible content design.
