The experts at VUB can also help you complete your college applications and apply for financial aid. Workshops in college study skills will help you prepare for navigating the college environment and succeeding in the classroom.

A Foundation for Academic Success

Has it been awhile since your last high school class? Your enrollment in VUB provides resources to help you succeed in college. You can take refresher classes in basic skills, math, grammar, composition, literature, computers, lab sciences, and foreign language.  Tutoring services help you brush up and focus on areas that need special attention.

Personal Support

VUB services do not stop at academic preparation. You have access to counselors on staff who can assist you with personal counseling issues and with referrals to area agencies assisting veterans.  VUB's mentoring program is also available for additional support.
