Associate in Arts TTC's Division of Humanities and Social Sciences has two main functions. It offers the Associate in Arts (AA) Degree, which emphasizes communication, social sciences, and humanities. The AA degree can also provide the student with the first two years of the general education requirements for a four-year degree.
Associate in Science TTC’s Division of Science and Mathematics provides the first two years of a four-year degree as well as general education and support courses for TTC programs. Students who plan to earn a degree from a four-year college or university can take freshman and sophomore-level transfer courses through the Associate in Science degree program or through one of the specialty 2+2 programs.
The Palmer Culinary Institute of Charleston Offers advanced training opportunities to the restaurant and hospitality industry as well as continuing education classes for both industry professionals and community. The site also provides possibilities for national organizations and agencies to offer advanced research and development activities. The 26,000-sq foot facility features a 50-seat dining room, 100-seat amphitheater and demonstration kitchen, production kitchen, general teaching kitchen, nutrition kitchen/R&D lab, artisanal baking lab, and beverage operations lab. |
