Online Databases

There are many databases available through the Learning Resources Center at TTC which may be helpful in the areas of Religion and Philosophy. Below are a few specific databases in these areas:

  • JSTOR - This database contains articles from specific Philosophy publications such as Ethics, Journal of Philosophy, and many others.
  • Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center - Browse or search for information on controversial topics that may impact Religion such as abortion, capital punishment, and many others.
  • Infotrac - Expanded Academic - Offers articles on a wide range of issues, including information related to Religion and Philosophy through the keyword and subject guide search options.
  • SIRS - Provides up-to-date information on issues related to the Humanities, including Religion and Philosophy through the Renaissance database offered through SIRS.
