Browser tune-up You may have problems if your browser is not supported by WebCT. We are using WebCT CE 4.1.

Log in instructions for ALL students Read the login instructions carefully. Both username and password are ALL UPPERCASE and are cAsE sensitive. ** Please note - you will not receive an email prior to your course start date. You will be able to log on the afternoon of your start date. Please contact CEOnlineHelp@tridenttech.edu if you have problems.**

You've tried everything and still can't log in
If the browser tune-up does not resolve your issues, send a message to CEonlinehelp@tridenttech.edu. Be specific in your description of the problem. Send the following information:
- Your first and last names
- The last 4 digits of your social security number
- The course(s) you are enrolled in
- The operating system and service pack level you are using
(for example, Windows 2000, SP3, Windows 98, Windows XP, etc.)
- The browser and service pack you are using
(for example, Netscape 7.0, Internet Explorer 5.5, SP2, IE 6, SP1, etc.)
- The exact wording of the error message you receive or the exact nature of the problem you are having.
