Prepare for work in the furniture industry. This program was recently upgraded to 85 hours, with the addition of the Advanced Furniture Making course. In this program you gain entry-level skills from three courses: Basic Furniture-Making Skills, Intermediate Furniture Making and Advanced Furniture Making. All course sessions are held at Woodcraft Supply in St. Andrews Shopping Center in West Ashley. Lectures are paired with hands-on practice of manufacturing finished wood projects, both in class and at home. Course materials vary in cost, according to your choice of materials.
