TTC, in partnership with Lehigh University, provides Charleston-area science and engineering professionals access to quality master's degree programs in the following selected science and engineering disciplines. Unlike other master's programs, to attain a Lehigh master's degree, there are no requirements for student travel other than to the TTC campus. Programs offered combine academic quality and personal convenience.

The LESN broadcasts are live, high quality, digitally encrypted satellite broadcasts coupled with telephone callback, permitting real-time interaction between the instructor and all students.
