The Registrar's office is located on the first floor of the Student Center, Building 410, on Main Campus. The Registrar's office supports the enrollment and academic goals of TTC, and is responsible for support of academic programs and policies including:
- Academic Records and Registration
- Official grades
- Transfer and Advanced Placement Credits
- Course Substitutions
Registrar's office Mission
In support of the Enrollment Management mission, the Registrar’s Office provides support for the College’s academic programs and policies and, in keeping with FERPA, ensures the integrity, confidentiality and security of the College’s educational records. The Registrar’s Office is responsible for course registration, maintaining student records, official grades, evaluating and granting transfer and advanced placement credits, course substitutions, graduation, and record archival maintenance.
New Degree Structure Effective Fall 2009
Effective Fall 2009, in compliance with a S.C. State Board for Technical and Comprehensive mandate, TTC will implement a degree structure that will better align with those of other colleges and universities. Essentially, all associate degrees, diplomas and certificates will fall under one of three names—Associate in Arts (AA), Associate in Science (AS) and Associate in Applied Science (AAS). The majors will not change, only the name of the degree type. See academic program listing.
