Established by TTC faculty and staff, friends and family to honor Russell F. Moon for his many years of dedication to the College and his students.

Student Eligibility:  Returning or continuing students are eligible to apply.

To qualify: Enrolled in at least six semester credit hours in a Business Technology associate degree program; have a 3.0 or higher GPA; and have earned at least 24 semester credit hours in this program area.

Award amount/use: A one-time award of up to $650 for tuition and books.
