Established by the Charleston County Grants Administration in memory of C. deVineau White, a valued employee and colleague.

Student Eligibility: New, returning or continuing students are eligible to apply.

To qualify: Tri-county resident who has a 2.5 or higher GPA; age 17-21 at time of scholarship award; and enrolled in at least nine semester credit hours. Preference will be given to a Human Services certificate student.

Award amount/use: A one-time award of up to $500 for tuition and books.
