The Academic Affairs division conducts needs assessment studies for new programs, assisted as needed by the office of Institutional Research.
Upon request from the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Director of Institutional Research will meet with individuals assigned to plan and design the needs assessment.
The plan will identify individuals responsible for designing the needs assessment instrument, conducting the assessment, analyzing the results of the assessment, and reporting the results of the assessment. The plan will also present a timeline specifying completion dates for each phase of the needs assessment.
The needs assessment will be designed to meet specifications set forth by the State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education and the Commission of Higher Education.
