PURPOSE: To outline the process for faculty submission of final grades at the end of each semester/term.
Final Grade Submission: The Registrar's office will send an email to all faculty containing dates for final grade submission each semester. Faculty will submit all final grades prior to the semester deadline. The Registrar's office will notify academic departments and deans of grade missing after the deadline.
Final Grade View: Students may go online to TTC Express (http://www.tridenttech.edu/) to view their final grades. Students may request paper grade reports at the Registrar's office
Transcripts: The Registrar's office will request a transcript from Systems and Operation Services upon a student’s request. The Registrar's office will distribute transcripts as directed by the student.
Continuing Education: The Continuing Education and Economic Division is responsible for requesting Final Grades for courses taught within its division. The Continuing Education instructors will award each student in the class a grade of "S" for Satisfactory completion or a grade of "U" for Unsatisfactory completion.
