Effective 2007:

Program starts Summer semester. Previous start was Fall semester. Math 102 is the minimum requirement for entrance. Previous minimum math requirement was MAT 032.

Respiratory Care Practitioners help in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with heart, lung, or renal problems. The patients may be adults, children, infants, or newborns.

The Respiratory Care Program at Trident Technical College is an accredited two-year associate degree program.  Graduates from this program are both certification and registry-eligible.
