This class looks at how to start a landscape business.  Students choose the area of horticulture they intend to concentrate on, such as golf course or landscape maintenance, and focus on this area for projects.  Projects include business card design, writing a business proposal, and interviewing professionals in the industry.  There are several field trips and guest lectures from a variety of horticulture industry professionls to give students a good exposure to various areas in the horticulture field.
