Financial Stability Develop alternative revenue sources in order to offset decreases in traditionally appropriated funding sources.
Community and College Partnerships Improve the College’s image in the community by increasing the interactions between the College and area high schools, other colleges, business and industry, and community groups.
Upgraded Facilities Develop new and improve existing physical facilities to support the College’s program needs.
Instructional Technology Institutionalize the Title III Grant through the development of a Center for Teaching Support.
