First day clinical instructions for Fall Fast Forward II 2007 will be e-mailed to all students.

Facility Specific Orientation Modules

All students are to complete the Facility Specific Orientation Modules once they are assigned a clinical site for each of their nursing courses.  These modules are found on the Medial lab website at http://www.medialabinc.net/ and can be accessed using the same user name and password used to access the mandatory inservices that are required prior to registration for clinical nursing courses. (Please find your clinical site below and follow the instructions for that site.) All students are to complete the facility specific module for Fall 2007 even if they have completed Facility Specific Orientation in previous semesters.  The facility specific orientation is considered current for one year from date of completion.  If you return to a clinical site for a second rotation, you do not have to complete the facility specific orientation if it is current and will be current during the entire semester for which you are registering.  Computer training does not have to be repeated unless students are notified that a change in the computer charting program requires that they repeat the computer charting training.

There are a limited number of parking passes (2 per clinical group) so students must carpool (4-5 students per car) if they choose to use this parking area. Students may also consider riding the CARTA Express or finding their own parking as long as they do not park in a restricted area.  Students who park in the Johnson Hagood Stadium parking will be eligible to purchase the CARTA Passes from Roper HR office at the Roper cost with cash payment. (40 rides - $25.00 or 10 rides - $9). CARTA Passes are also sold at the TTC Bookstore for $10. They are good for 6 months.
