Once you are sure which clinical section you have been assigned to, you will need to complete the Medialab CWO for that facility, print it out and provide it to your instructor on the first day of clinical.

If you fail to provide this information, you will be excused from clinical and it will be recorded as a clinical absence.

On our first day, Monday, August 25th, we will all meet on campus in the 910 building (on Maybelline Rd), room 122 at 7am.   We will be doing the clinical paperwork orientation at that time.   At approximately 10am, we will proceed to the clinical sites for orientation to the facilities.   You must come dressed for clinical.   If you are absent or tardy, it will be considered a clinical absence/tardy.

If you have any questions regarding this information, please contact Miss Rademacher.
