June 3, 2009... Attend a free financial aid workshop at Trident Technical College and learn how to pay for college using financial aid, including lottery-funded tuition assistance. Attendees who bring their 2008 federal tax returns and W-2 statements (or parents’ forms for students under the age of 24) can receive help completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online. The July 9 Financial Aid workshops are part of TTC’s Ready, Set, Enroll! open house event. Anyone interested is invited to tour Main Campus and attend a Financial Aid workshop. Student Services offices will be open; attendees can submit an admission application, take or schedule a placement test with Testing Services, register for classes and take care of other necessary steps to enrolling in college for the fall.
