Trident's Accounting Department offers three programs to prepare students for differing levels of accounting practice. The Associate Degree program is a five semester degree for someone wishing to become a junior accountant or full charge bookkeeper. The Professional Accounting Certificate is a three semester certificate for someone wishing to upgrade their skills for civil service or private business positions. The Bookkeeping Certificate is a two semester certificate for someone wishing entry-level accounting positions.
