Student E-mail Account Instructions
TTC students who have registered for classes have a free CampusCruiser e-mail account and are able to access a number of personal productivity tools such as e-mail, personal calendars, address book, and important communications from TTC.
To access your e-mail account, please follow steps 1-5 below:
- Please review your Login ID and Password information below:

All lowercase, enter first initial of first name.last name.last 5 numbers of your Student ID number: Click this link to look up your Login ID |

Examples: lowercase
A student named John Doe with an ID # of 1234567 has the
Login ID j.doe.34567.
A student named John O'Neal with a a ID # of 1234567 has the
Login ID j.oneal.34567. ( Leave out the ' apostrophe).
A student named John St. James with a a ID # of 1234567 has the
Login ID j.stjames.34567. ( Leave out the space and the dot).
A student named John La-cross with a a ID # of 1234567 has the
Login ID j.la-cross.34567. ( Leave in the - hyphen).

For example, if John Doe's birth date is June 4, 1968, his password is 060468.
First time logins will be prompted to change password. You can also change your password by selecting the Personal>Preferences menu in CampusCruiser.

- You must click on the LOG IN button on the top left side of the CampusCruiser login screen.
Click this link http://prod.campuscruiser.com/ttc to access the CampusCruiser login screen
Then enter your Login ID and Password information.
- First time logins will be required to do the following:

Please read the CampusCruiser Terms of Usage. Click Accept.

Please change your password. Enter your current password, enter new password, re-enter new password and click the SAVE button.

Please enter a password hint. Enter a question that only you know the
answer to in the "Password Question" field. Enter the answer in the "Password Hint"
field. Click the SAVE button. |
- Students are able to access their e-mail account from computer labs on campus at
Library/Learning Resources Centers and Computer Labs with designated CampusCruiser signs.
- Your e-mail address is your Login ID followed by @ttc.mailcruiser.com.
Example: John Doe's e-mail address is j.doe.34567@ttc.mailcruiser.com.
